According to a survey by YouGov, for many American consumers , price is the most important factor in choosing wine: 49% consider it an absolutely decisive element in their purchase.

In the United States, the brand and ratings are crucial for 20% of consumers, while the type of grapes and alcohol content are important for 18% of American wine lovers.
